Small shop, lots of neat stuff, and very aromatic. I have bought the rib roast and sausages. He has dog treats also. The hard treats were a hit for some friends. The sausages are large, and stuffed in natural casing, the meat is available fully dressed or as is. I like the natural fat still on the cuts. Nadolski's has an email sign up, and the newsletters show up with promises of wine and grilled food tastings, free knife sharpening, and black truffles. The newsletters also list times of delivery for seafood and meat cuts at the shop. Nadolski's supports the Goochland Farmer's Market, and carries food from local farmers.
