I love to go on Saturday mornings to get the best and freshest vegetables and flowers, as well as other hand-crafted items such as jewelry. It is definitely the place to be! I always re-connect with old friends and make new ones.

Nothing goes to waste. Many of the growers donate their excess produce to Second Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Tennessee.

This group has maintained an opportunity for the residence of this area to be able to have the best in variety of fresh foods for many years. They have continued to be faithful even without a permanent home. This is market has become a popular place to meet and greet neighbors and friends to bring about a hometown atmosphere of caring. Much appreciation goes to each vendor who faithfully 2 times a week come early before dawn and provides this service through the heat, rain and cold to make Kingsport one of the "Best places to Live, Work and Play".

Not only does the market allow our community the freshest produce but also provides us with the small town closeness and charm we cherish so much! We are a farm town and it represents all that we are proud of!

love it!!! I get great locally grown fruits and vegies at a fair price ...I like the quality of foods and goods available...from local Honey to Sausage to whatever I need...Makes me feel a lot healthier ...I would not do all that work and time for what they get in return. I think they grow all those items for us because they love it too....Thank you Kingsport Farmer Market

Great food and beautiful flowers from local farmers benefit all of us in so many ways. The fresh food and flowers keep me healthy in different ways.. and supporting small farmers in my area feels personal... we're neighbors.

It allows the elder and families to be able to purchase local grown fruit and vegetables that they are not able to grow themselves. It gives the farmers a way to make extra income. Every little bit helps them.

Our 4 and 6 year olds practically drag us to the Kingsport Farmer's Market! They munch on fresh veggies and fruit as we roam and chat with farmers and friends... you can't beat the sweet corn, berries, lettuce, melons, peaches, peppers, etc. We buy loads at the market at great prices, fill our freezer and enjoy great produce all winter (without having to pay the winter prices at the supermarket). It's WONDERFUL!

Our farmers are a treasure..they work hard growing their crops so they can meet the public demand for home grown, fresh vegetables. I reap the benefit of your long hours and hard work. Many Thanks....

The Kingsport Farmers market is awesome. It has the freshest vegetables and fruits Â? all grown locally. In addition, you can find wonderful baked goods, canned goods, and choice meats. The prices are amazingly low. ItÂ?s so much fun to spend a Saturday morning just roaming around the market with my daughter; enjoying an artistÂ?s palette of color along with the incredible smells of fresh produce.

I have been to many a farmers market, from Vermont to New York to Wyoming, and Kingsports takes the cake! The best local products and friendliest faces. It's got wonderful prices as well and farmers who have a great passion for what they do. I can't wait to get back to TN and come to the farmers market!

I grew up on a farm, and I feel like I'm home every time I go there. Nothing beats homegrown produce, and everything I've ever gotten there was great. I love visiting with the farmers, and their new location is wonderful!

The market is a great blend of products and brings a wide variety of smaller community farmers and craftspeople together in one place. The vendors there are welcoming and eager to serve their customers with special requests as well as those who just want to come for the comraderie and a few veggies. The Kingsport people consider it a great way to shop and meet friends old and new. Hats off to the providers and to their supporters.

By supporting our local farmers everybody is a winner! It helps the farmers financially and we receive the most fresh produce available. They offer a very large selection and love to talk to you about their crops of the day! Sometimes, they will even share a favorite recipe! We should thank all of them for the hard work they do in supplying us with fresh quality food, flowering plants, baked goods, canned goods and even eggs from free range chickens!

The farmers market in Kingsport Tn always has fresh produce. The produce comes straight from the field to the market. I trust the farmers because some of them I know personally and I have seen them working in their crops sometimes up in the late morning hours. They really don't care about making money either. They just like for people to enjoy their produce and just to talk. The farmers in this area work very hard to bring us the very best they have to offer, and for that I thank them for their hard work and their low prices.

I support the Tri-Cities F.A.R.M. Kingsport Market because of the wonderful local veggies, fruits, flowers, jellies, jams, pies, breads, meats, cakes, handmade items and the friendly, diverse vendors. My Saturday morning jaunt to the market is much more than just buying fresh produce, etc.. It is a total experience, including meeting people, helping the community and getting out into the fresh air. Our city totally supports the market, and I look forward to the continual expansion of local vendors.
