For a small town, it has lots of variety and is all locally grown--no resale. Last week a customer said it was better than the Asheville NC market given our variety of produce sold.

It is all home grown and brings the community downtown on Saturday morning. Everything is displayed very nicely and it is fun to see the people come together. Produce and products are fresh and great.

We love being able to buy the absolute freshest produce and products from our local farmers and vendors, and we can taste the difference! We also enjoy the quaint, historic charm of downtown Dandridge, and the warm sense of community at the market. Our thanks to the farmers, other producers and volunteers who make this all possible.

I like to buy ACTUAL locally grown produce because of the freshness. I also like the friendlyness of the vendors who will answer any and all questions that I might have about their products. I also like the location of the market in the heart of town and the passersby who honk with their approval as they pass by. One of the vendors has started grilling squash on-site and the aroma really arouses my tastebuds and I am sure that others are equally pleased.

I love the sense of community that it is bringing to this small town! Having lived on a farm and in parts of the country where fresh produce is a way of life-I cherish being able to come to the market every week and select my produce talk to people and learn more about growing things in my own garden.

It provides my one chance to buy fresh, organic vegetables, excellent honey from bees raised without antibiotics, exotic potted flowers not available from stores anywhere around here, eggs from free-range chickens, lemon-poppyseed and other home-baked breads, and home-made jams and relishes, all from people who seem to share my philosophy of living well and kindly with the land.
I'm able to see old friends, and meet new ones, every Saturday morning. My new week starts then, during the summer. I only wish it lasted longer.

These fellows work hard to produce what the neighborhood deserves and want. They should be rewarded by all of us buying from them every week.

Nothing beats fresh produce for flavor and nutrition and the farmers markets are a great way to get the freshest. Shopping for locally produced products also keeps local money within the community and reduces costs for shipping as well as reduces greenhouse gas emissions by eliminating long distance trucking of produce.

I THINK IT IS GREAT TO HAVE A CUMMUNITY WHERE WE CAN ALL GET TOGETHER, VISIT, AND SHARE THERE EACH OTHER'S VEGETABLES, AND FLOWERS, AND A VARITY OF OTHER THINGS. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IT KEEP GROWING.

Been there several times. Very good variety of items....and the items we have bought have been excellent. Vendors and people who attend are superb. Easy to get to....i.e. no heavy duty traffic to contend with.

While visiting friends in Dandridge they took me to the farmers market there. They have to have had the friendliest people working that market. I only wish we had a market like this back home. Please support them in their efforts to sell good food locally!

Dandridge Market has very fresh items, locally grown, and so very much nicer than any I've seen anywhere. Just wish it were more often than once a week, it's so nice to have something close and to see the farmers selling their produce without having to go through a middle man and to have fresh produce for a change

Because Dandridge is such a small town and so rural, the Dandridge Farmer's Market is really special... similar markets are only found in cities and college towns. The market has the best quality and even some unusual produce that is grown locally and not found in local groceries. It is an easy, small thing I can do to make a difference for the local economy and local growers. Lastly, everyone at the market is friendly and it is an excellent place for folks in our community to catch up with friends, make friends, make healthy food choices, and support local growers!
