This farmer's market is more like a "truck it in and sell it". The majority of the people here buy their produce from a wholesaler and then resales it to the public as "a farmer's market".
The people need to be monitored and questioned at this farmer's market to make it a "REAL" farmer's market. The ones who don't grow their own within a 30 mile radius should be banned from the little side of the courtyard lawn.

While there may be a few "true" local farmers at this market, many there are not. I've NEVER seen a small family farmer use wax on their cucumbers, etc. There are many "vendors" at this market who have cukes with wax on them.
Also I know of someone who admits that they truck vegetables in from outside of the county to sell here.

I've been to this farmers market many times. While most of the farmers are not there during the winter time. There is one person there, that sells glass jars of food, in the winter. Hours year round for the market, are generally 8 AM - 4 PM, on most any day except Sundays and election days. There may also be a variation of the hours and amount of people selling items.
Unknown if anyone in this farmers market sells organic foods. Sorry, but I keep forgetting to ask about that. I've never seen fresh eggs or raw milk there either. Something I have to ask about.
