I am always able to find fresh locally grown produce sold by those can answer all my questions about how tit was grown. This is so much better than the grocery store!

We need to support our local farmers so they can make a living and not have to sell out to the big agribusiness who pollute the land and treat the animals so bad they have to pump them full of antibiotics and hormones, and cover the food with pesticides and chemicals.

The Wheat Ridge Farmers' Market provides plenty of variety, including meat, dairy, honey, baked goods, fair trade baskets,handmade items, massage, plants and of course, 'lots and 'lots of great produce! The organic farm option is my favorite, and the prices are competative. I love my farmers' market, and look forward to opening day all winter!
