Simple and amazing

Small, intimate, CLASSY atmosphere. Warm and inviting.
Had the pappardelle, companion had a salami/prosciutto/mozzarella sandwich. Both were devoured in short order. Dessert was cornbread served with candied bacon, honey and a maple chili gelato. Very clean, fresh, simple ingredients obviously sourced as locally as possible, prepped and served expeditiously.
Service is A+++, familiar faces from the old place was nice to see. Everyone seemed so happy and enjoyed what they were doing.
Tough to believe the chef raised the bar again, but he did. Got to meet him on the way out, seems like a great guy, love what he's doing to support local purveyors.
