Reviews for: Futterman Farm

I was in town for a family funeral and dropped by the Redlands Market Night on an unrelated errand. I came by the vendor stand and had a lovely time with the couple behind the table. They made sure I tried every variety - settled on Barhi. Wish they were closer - NC is a long haul from my CA hometown. Thank you making my emotional trip a lot more palatable.

A year ago, I started purchasing their dates at the Redlands Farmer's Market and I love the different varieties they have. Since I fund them, I have found I have tended to snack on them instead of other "munchies." Besides being very filling, I am sure they are much healthier than other "stuff". I have found all the varieties are great, but I especially like the Barhi and Amir Hajj. I am glad they are back in season now. :)

My husband and I purchased some Dayri Dates from Futterman Farms booth at the Palm Desert Farmers Market. We absolutely love them. I wish we lived closer so I could get more.

My husband and I LOVE Futterman's bahri dates and eat them for a "non-processed" dessert.

Got some of Futterman Farm's yellow ('Kahlal' stage) fresh Barhi dates still on the stem. Mmmm - great flavor, great crunch, and they feel great in my body. The kids love them, too. Better flavor, less pucker, than other fresh dates I've gotten at the (Santa Monica) farmer's market. I'll be back for more!
