I bought CSA shares from Dart Creek Farm 2 years ago and was delighted every other week to get a box full of delicious looking and tasting produce. The variety made me experiment with some vegetables I don't usually use and renewed my interest in organic produce. I feel good supporting a relatively new, small farming family who really care about producing and delivering quality products. It shows too - my vegetables were a feast for my eyes and on my palate. I've also bought some of their organic chickens. I traveled to the farm to pick up my chickens the day they were processed and was impressed with the care in which this was done. The chicken I made that night was memorable! I've already purchased my CSA from Dart Creek Farm for this year and I'm looking forward to my first delivery!
