I received my first chicken from Laughing Chicken Farm on Saturday. Bill & Robin had it as promised. I prepared it for dinner the following night after letting it thaw for almost 2 days in the refrigerator. It was delicious, very very moist with a great texture and, best of all, great chicken flavor. I had quit eating chicken some time ago due to all the issues associated with its production but plan to get it regularly from Laughing Chicken Farm. I had a few other questions regarding the actual production methods used by Bill & Robin, they were extremely quick to respond and answered everything I asked. I think Laughing Chicken Farm is a fabulous asset to our community.
