Just visited an open house at the farm yesterday. The Manville's are the "real deal" for sustainable, conscientious, practices. We've enjoyed their beef, chicken, eggs, specialty goods - smoked chicken, beef sticks, jerky and enjoyed them all. We recently traveled and couldn't wait to get back home to eat our own eggs and chicken. Everything is processed with exacting standards. I'm grateful to have gotten to know Dan and Kathi and know how lucky we are to have people with their integrity and experience providing local food in our area.

They are a wonderful, honest, hardworking couple who have invested countless hours in researching the best product for not only their family, but all of ours too. When i get my chickens i gave a few to my folks and my dad said you can really taste a difference in home grown food. I just recently tried their beef and love it, even the grass feed. I was raised on a ranch with corn feed beef, so I was pretty hesitant to try it. Honestly I can not taste the difference, and the coloring of the beef is so much richer, kind of like the difference in pastured eggs and store eggs ( which they sell too!) On top of that Kathi is a wonderful artist and I am blessed to have a few of her signs in my house. Come meet them and enjoy!

This is the best chicken that you can buy for your family. We love it.
