I have been buying meat from the Sarver's since first meeting them at the Farmers Market in Lewisburg. Not being fond of beef - or so I thought - at first I only bought a steak for my husband. In October near the end of the market season, we stocked up our freezer for the winter. The meat was so fresh that it made me wonder just what I'd been eating from Kroger. Also, they are incredibly affordable to anyone. The idea that Organic food is "more expensive" is just a myth after all. These are people concerned with family budgets and quality. five stars.
