We've been members in the vegetable CSA for about 7 years now and have purchased beef for 2 years. We've received high quality food, as well as a good variety of foods we were already well familiar with and some newer ones which were fun to learn and use in new recipes. We eat much more healthily during CSA season with so many fresh foods. Polly is very knowledgeable and is a great asset to this community.

We have been members of 7springscsa.com for three years now. We not only love the fresh vegetables, eggs and herbs but also love being able to work with the farmers. My daughter and I love to go out to the farm on Saturdays when we can and help pick vegetables. My daughter will actually eat her vegetables when she knows where they come from and especially if she has helped with the harvest.

My family has been a member of Seven Springs CSA for twenty years and has loved every week of organic, farm -fresh produce we receive. There are now several other CSA's in the area following the footsteps of Seven Springs but we stick with the first one in our area. Farmer Polly is so knowledgeable and easy and fun to work with. I have always taken the option of working several hours on the farm each season thus learning so much more about how what we eat grows, helping the produce get in the bags for delivery and just having fun being at the farm away from the urban hustle and bustle. Farmer Polly is so conscientious about each CSA member receiving plenty for their money and sending out recipes and educational information about each product. A great learning and eating experience. I now am the owner of a local farm to table restaurant and I realize I owe a lot of my knowledge to Seven Springs Farm.

This is our third year with Seven Springs Farm and we have never been disappointed! They are a very reliable source for a variety of vegetables May-December. It's always been easy for us to get scheduled to work our hours, pick up in Roanoke is convenient, and the quality of the produce is always excellent. My kids have always come with me to work and they love the experience, too.

Polly and her crew are so friendly and knowledgeable. We think it's worth every penny we spend.
