I was delighted to meet Eileen and Jim Hanson last week when they stopped by on a rainy afternoon to deliver my first dozen fresh eggs. Delightful, hardworking people. I haven't had eggs so fresh in years and when the eggs were poached the whites were the firmest I've ever had!
