Gary and Lisa shipped my starter flock of Wheaten Marans chicks (3 weeks old) in April 2011: 5 pullets, 1 cockerel (I'd ordered 3 pullets and 1 cockerel, they sent me two extras in case of "loss"). The chicks were sent from Washington state to NH, there was NO loss. The Crees are very attentive to the shipping and receiving of their chicks. When I called them with a few questions, they were totally accommodating and patient with me. These are wonderful birds -- I am so pleased with the flock. The roo is handsome, not aggressive, he and the pullets are extremely healthy, the eggs are the classic dark brown of the breed.
