Purchased the plain cheve at the Hogansville Market yesterday, ate the entire container at one sitting. Didn't even put it on a plate. The cheese was creamy and had just the right amount of bite. I wanted the plain in order to add my own fresh herbs. I didn't take the time, just couldn't stop eating. The BEST Cheve I have ever had. Will absolutely buy more at the next market day. As this was my first trip to Market Day at any town, I didn't know to take a cooler. I will the next time.
