We ordered our year's supply of chicken from Bird Song Farm last year. The chicken is excellent -- we'll be back for more this year. We enjoy roasted chicken the first night and wonderful soup the next. The leftover chicken makes great broth. We always get compliments on the soup when we have guests. We had some of their salmon too. I had never tried salmon steaks (only fillets), and really liked the steaks, they cook more evenly. The smoked ones taste absolutely fabulous, highly recommended! And, not only is the food excellent, but we also enjoyed chatting with the owners - what fun!
