We joined Harmony Ridge CSA for the first in 2011. We didn't think it could be any better. Portions were generous, and food was delicious. We were so grateful for the fresh and healthy food they provided. We did not hesitate to join again. This year, Harmony Ridge has developed a website to keep CSA members informed, and they are offering members an opportunity to purchase other healthy, local food products. This week we can add beef or cheese to our order, knowing that the production of these items is held to Harmony Ridge's high standards. And we save gas and time because we are able to pick up these items when we pick up our produce. In addition to providing the wonderful food, Harmony Ridge offers recipes each week. Last year they were included in our produce crates. This year, with the new website, they are available online, so we don't have to worry about losing them, and it's more environmentally friendly. Our family highly recommends Harmony Ridge! We cannot offer enough praise for the CSA and the wonderful people who run it.

Last summer was the first time our family has participated in a CSA program . . . and we were THRILLED! Throughout the season, Fridays became a highlight of the week because that was pick up day when the produce selection would be revealed and we'd discover new recipes. We thoroughly enjoyed the tastes of fresh organic products and we learned a lot about food in its most natural state. We're looking forward to starting another season in May!

We were members for the 2009 season, which was our first time with a CSA. We were very happy with the quality and quantity of food -- in addition to the little touches with the recipes and required herbs for the recipes. We will definitely be joining next year and have recommended it strongly to several friends.

I'm not a member of their CSA but I volunteered at the farm and saw what a great operation they have going. They are truly committed to sustainable, safe and local food.
