We just finished out first year with Bluebird Gardens. We are all ready missing out wonderful boxes of produce and look forward to next year. Before becoming members, the only produce I had gotten was the little we grew in our garden or at the market. The variety we received each week was amazing. There were things in the box each week that were new. The flavors are outstanding.

The harvest events are a wonderful added bonus. And worth more than the price of the membership. We have put up a lot of produce this summer so we can enjoy it all winter long.

And Mark, our farmer, is such a neat guy. You can tell he loves what he does and all the members. He enjoys visiting with everyone, no matter how young or old and remembers all. We had asked him some questions about different things and he was super helpful.

We will be back next year and hopefully for years to come.

We are brand new to CSA this year and just today received our 3rd shipment from Bluebird Gardens. All I can say is WOW!!!! My family and I have been so thrilled, we can say enough good things about the produce we've received so far!

As the CSA Tips for Subscribers said, our first boxes have been primarily lettuce (several varieties), spinach and radishes. New this week were kale and onions. Amounts have been very generous and the quality simply amazing!

Along with my share of Bluebird, we are invited to 7 harvest events throughout the year. The weekly boxes alone make it worth the price, but add in these harvest events and I am more than pleased with the value of what I'm getting!
