We just happened upon Rich Hill Farms looking for green tomatoes at the Richmond Farmer's Market. The folks from Rich Hill were super nice, very patient as we asked tons of questions and sold us a roast and 2 filet mignons. Let me tell you, folks...that was the BEST roast I have ever put in my pie hole. It was OUTSTANDING! Very tender and flavorful. I am looking forward to the filets because if they are even half as good as the roast was I will be thrilled!
