I picked up a pound of ground veal from John a few weeks ago. Like he said, it was the best tasting burger I have ate. Thank you John & Cathy. Your dedication shows in the quality of the food products you produce. Highly recommended.

I can't believe it took us so long to find this jewel of a farm so close to us! John and Cathy are wonderful to work with, we love the product we receive from our herd share and are very thankful for all the work they put into great product.

This is a family ran farm, high quality products that taste great. We got a package of the longhorn ground beef and we've never had burgers that were so good. John & Cathy really love what they do and it shows. The milk is always fresh & the facility is clean. We love doing business with them and love supporting local!

John & Cathy are great & the farm is clean. They're easy to work with, and the milk is the best we have ever tasted. We purchased eggs and have been very pleased. If you live near Dayton, Ohio, I highly reccommend doing business with John and Cathy Baumgardner at the Homestead just outside New Carlisle.

John & Cathy are great people, very knowledgable, the farm is clean & fun! They're very easy to work with, and it's truly been a pleasant experience. I would recommend their farm to anyone wanting to support their local farmers, get involved with herdshare programs, and gain knowledge themselves while teaching their children. We appreciate y'all for what you do!

We have purchased fresh grass-fed beef from this farm, and have been very pleased with it. John and Cathy are extremely friendly and helpful, and the farm is clean and inviting. I would recommend this farm to anyone looking to support their local farmers and local economies.

If you live the Miami Valley near Dayton and Springfield Ohio, I recommend John and Cathy Baumgardner at the Homestead just outside New Carlisle. The milk that I get through the herd share program is very fresh and always very good. John is also raising the long horn cattle and after sampling some cuts of that meat, I can say that I have not tasted any like it. It is grass fed and they do not use the chemicals that are normally used to raise cattle. Dealing with John and Cathy is a very pleasant experience and they will answer any questions you might have very completely that you might have doing business with them
