I don't know who's "in bed" with whom, but my go-to vendor for a certain variety of chicken eggs (as well as goose and duck eggs) was prohibited from selling eggs and chickens because someone else sells chicken eggs (but, NOT the variety I favor). Now, I can't even buy bison meat and other game meat, because my favorite vendor (Pitchfork Farms) was asked to leave, due to competition! Now, I have to travel further to get what I want. I wonder, what other delights are kept from selling at this market? Fow me, it's no longer worth bothering with this market, because I can get everything else at any market.

This farmer market has a great location. Its right off a street with lots of traffic. Parking is plentiful and there are lots of trees and picnic tables. There is currently a small number of high quality vendors. There is even a play tent for the children. If the community shows its support this will quickly grow into a farmers market with numerous diverse vendors. I plan to make weekly visits!

This is a new market, smaller than the more established ones at this point, but the vendors are of good quality.

The start was bumpy since it was scheduled for exactly the time when the huge storm hit a few weeks ago and knocked out power in the area for several days, so it was postponed by several weeks. It would be great to give it some support by showing up and helping it get off the ground!
