IMAGINE IF.... You could eat fresh vegetables , fruits and herbs grown locally without synthetic products.

IMAGINE IF....

You could drive up to a farm, once a week, and pick up a uniquely arranged basket of fresh, healthy produce.

IMAGINE IF.....

You could, also, buy fresh eggs where the chickens are fed a healthy diet. The chickens live outdoors in the day time.

Well, you can....just call 435-865-6702 and sign up for this organic food that is grown by people who really care that you eat healthy, nutritional food.

IMAGINE...

No chemical, no pesticides used at the Red Acre Farm. CSA farming produces positive environment benefits. Call TODAY.. 435-865-6702.

I was a shareholder in the Red Acre Farm CSA last summer, and my family and I loved it! The baskets were always ready at the same time, and it was such a treat to receive them. I was always impressed by how tastefully the basket was arranged--everything looked so good. I almost hated taking the produce out of the basket to store them because it just looked so pretty on my counter!

The produce was varied and excellent. We loved eating the fresh, naturally grown food, drying and using the herbs, and trying out a variety of new recipes with the produce. I just loved having such a bounty of healthy food for my family to eat all week long. The majority of the items were familiar to us, but we loved trying out the foods included that were not.

We will be participating with this CSA again this year, and are happily anticipating another summer full of excellent, healthy, and beautiful local food!

Last summer, Sara and Symbria provided my family with quality vegetables, fruits, and herbs. - Each week they delivered their fresh produce in a creatively designed basket. - Sometimes, they included samples of muffins or other baked goods made with their produce. -The produce arrived in a carefully selected, freshly picked condition. -There garden is tenderly cared for and chemical and pesticide free. -The amount and variety of produce that is delivered often lasts more than a week. -The price of their produce compares with that bought in the local markets. -Both women are knowledgeable about serving and preserving this produce. They offer a multitude of fabulous recipes. -I highly recommend them. -We are eagerly awaiting our first basket from this summer's harvest.

I was one of the first shareholders for Red Acre Farm CSA and would recommend them to anyone looking for local produce. I feel strongly about eating food that hasn't been treated by chemicals, but since I live in an apartment I'm unable to grow my own food. The price of the CSA basket was comparable to what I was paying at the store beforehand, but the produce tasted so much better and I felt better knowing I was feeding my children produce grown by people I know and trust.

The farmers, Sarah and Symbria, are very personable and easy to work with. The baskets were always ready on the same day each week and were always beautifully arranged with a large variety of produce that had been freshly picked that day. The CSA helped me broaden my produce spectrum into new foods I didn't usually eat, but loved once I tried them. Symbria is also helpful in giving recipes that use some of the more unusual foods like her recipe for rhubarb muffins that are so delicious. Each basket had more than enough for me and my two kids, sometimes lasting into the next week. The flavor of the food was always superior to the produce at the store.
