After much research and prayer- this is the farm I chose for my family's CSA.

This year was my first CSA, and I'm so glad I signed up with Fall Creek Farms. Every Saturday felt like Christmas, as I was so excited to see what was in my basket for the week. (Their produce is always fresh and tasty!) I'm also very health conscious, and I never have to worry about petro-chemicals since I know the Bleasdales practice natural and sustainable farming. And the milk share is a true blessing; I've been able to make fantastic yogurt and cheese. I'm so thankful for our local farmers!

I highly recommend Fall Creek Farms. They have some of the most amazing produce around and an incredible variety all year long. This was my first year having a CSA with them and it was a great experience. They put a lot of love into each weekly basket along fantastic produce and delicious recipes. My family and I have bought almost every product the Bleasdale family offers and we have never been disappointed. Not only that but we have always been blown away by the quality and quantity. We had a CSA account with them this past year and it was a wonderful experience. Every week we had wonderful, delicious, and healthy fruit and vegetables provided for us by the Bleasdales. I have seen other CSA's and the Bleasdales provide the most that I have ever seen! More than we could eat some weeks, so much so that we froze vegetables at times. One of the reasons we did a CSA was the desire to know where our food comes from and who is growing it. We have been to the Bleasdale farm and seen them work, we know they are honest, hardworking, and devoted farmers. We know our farmers-and now-we recommend that you make them your farmers. You will NOT be disappointed.

The Bleasdales are terrific. They are very knowledgeable about sustainable farming. We met them a few years ago at the SSAWG (Southern Sustainable Agriculture Working Group) convention in Chattanooga. We love their goats' milk - fresh and tasty. We not only have goat shares for drinking, but also to make great cheeses too. Their vegetables are always fresh and packed full of flavor. Their goat milk soaps are fantastic.
