I purchased a kit from Willow Mountain mushrooms and at first I thought this these are never going to grow. I was over the 10 day mark before I ever started seeing pinning but now I can?t slow it down. The mushrooms are delicious and coming faster than I can eat them. I am new to growing mushrooms but the kit was just what I needed to get started. Now I need to know how to keep the culture going. More questions to follow.
