Are vegetable plants and fresh garlic cloves sold here?

I've recently relocated from Southern California back to the area of Northern California where I lived as a young girl. I discovered the Red Bluff Farmer's Markets (summer and winter markets) and I must say, even though they're small (to me anyway) they're very complete. The vendors are very knowledgeable and friendly, answering all my questions. The larger, summertime Wednesday market includes live, local music. Many farmers markets in So. Calif. shut down for part of the year, usually beginning in November, so I was very happy to know the Red Bluff market is year-round. Lucky us!
