I almost hate to let everyone know how great Moore Ranch beef is because there may not be enough to go around! I first purchased the Beef Bundle, then the 1/4 beef, and if I had a larger freezer I would buy the 1/2 beef. Every cut I've had is excellent and the filet is the best I've ever had (like butter)! Freddy and Erin go above and beyond to make pickup easy for you. Thanks!

...and I must've hit the wrong buttons last review because Moore Ranch Ground Beef is 5-Stars all the way!!

I recently received my first order of Moore Ranch ground beef that was quite possibly the most sublime burger ever to grace my palate! There was a rich, meaty flavor and hardly any grease. Almost like a mild version of wild game with all the richness of flavor and texture, and not one bit of gristle. I can't wait to try some steak cuts when they become available. Please tell me you offer the Prime Rib and Filet cuts! Thanks, I will be a repeat customer.

We had a wonderful experience with the Moores. They are very nice people and the beef has been great. I love knowing where our meat came from and knowing that the animals were treated humanely and fed a healthy diet with no hormones or vaccines. I've been recommending this farm to all my friends!

I am very impressed with the beef from Moore Ranch! I have tried their variety pack of ground beef, steaks and roasts and have been pleased with the flavor, tenderness, ease to cut and simple cooking instructions.

Their ground beef is very lean and non greasy when cooking. We sear the steaks, not cooking too long, which produces nice, juicy, tender meat. The roasts just fall apart and melt in your mouth.

Nice to be able to nourish our body without chemicals and to support a local farm who is environmentally conscious. Thanks Moore Ranch!

We (my family) try not to consume too much red meat. We like to have a balanced protein diet. We have young, growing chldren. We also have a budget. When you combine all these factors you know that buying from Moore Ranch is a smart choice...and a tasty choice. The meat is tender. The cuts are hardy. The hamburger was really delicious even though it had very little fat in it. We were surprised at how much moisture and flavor the patties maintained. Don't wait too long to decide to buy from them. If you do, someone is going to buy your package out from under you, and you WILL regret your hem-hawing!

We loved the beef from Moore Ranch! We had both roasts and hamburger and the flavor was delicious. This ranch truly believes in high quality, chemical free food. These are beef producers you can trust to deliver what they claim. Prices are very reasonable.
