It is the most amazing farmers market in the U.S. There is community, music, great food, and amazing vendors. I love all the organic food and the weekly drum circle! This farmers market is a great way to connect with the community!

An experience! Colors, flavors and wonderful people are why this farmers market still brings so much to the...table AND the community. Year round with lots of organic goodies, raw delicacies, handmade pickled treats and Indian, Mexican and crepes, think of local flavors and distinctive approach to food and its people. A blessing.

A wide variety of fresh vegetables, fruit, meat, baked goods and ready meals to buy. The farmers are knowledgeable, friendly, and the prices are fantastic. Great community atmosphere and spirit.

It's important to support local shops and farmers to help the growth in our community. They make the effort of growing organic produce, so that we can live a healthier and longer life. Great market!!

Great selection of organic produce. The farmers are the best around. Ever tried a Swanton Berry Farm strawberry? They are worth there weight in gold! The location is excellent and I love how I can find cut sweetpeas, handmade jewelry, fresh honey and locals drumming all beneath the shade of a giant oak tree.

I believe in buying organic and fresh, from small and local farmers and merchants. I get all four at the Farmer's Market.

I love the food and the farmers. From the locally grown sunflower sprouts to the heirloom spinach, Ronald, Sandra and Joe, who's hard work of love grace our tables with divine organic edibles - I am grateful to you. Santa Cruz market on Wednesday is a festival of food and opportunity to celebrate where our food comes from with our friends and community.

One of the first farmer's markets.... a long, proud tradition of wonderful (mostly) organic food and friendly, convivial culture.

The great vendors. Happy Boy salad mix and brocolli rabe; Live Earth Farms has the best green beans and strawberries; Swanton Berry Farm has really delicious strawberries too and amazingly delicious brocolli; Molino Creek dry farmed tomatoes; Frog Hollow peaches and cherries are the very, very best.

It's a lovely place to spend the afternoon. Besides fresh organic produce, pastries, and tofu dishes, plenty of musicians and poets come and everyone is friendly and pleasant to be around.

It's terrific local, organic food and a great community gathering. Good food and great people!

I love the fresh picked bounty we get to choose from and I love buying from the farmers. Santa Cruz patrons mainly buy organic and so we have mainly organic farmers at the market. Thank you farmers! I love you!

It is a gathering place to enjoy the seasons with fresh, local, organic produce. It keeps down the carbon footprint and gives me direct access to the people who grow our food. It is also the loveliest and liveliest place to be on any given Wednesday afternoon. Everyone should have the joys and benefits of a local farmer's market.

I am so grateful to have access to these wonderful healthy,veggies. They are so fresh and last way longer than store bought. The atmosphere is wonderful,its great to be around like minded people that care for the earth and our health. I am dealing with health problems. great variety, lots of choices. they have the best eggs from a great local farm. fabulous peaches and nectarines when it's the season.

Great deals on fresh flowers, wonderful representation of local farms, Delicious produce, healthy snacks, talented musicians, and all the beautiful people...what could be better?!
