The picturesque, historic Bucher Farm is only the beginning of a wonderful experience with the Dollmans. We started out buying only a half lamb the first year but quickly upgraded to a whole lamb the following year. The lamb is delicious, butchered to your liking and thanks to the Dollmans who provide many recipes for those who are new to cooking lamb. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Joe and Kathy! We love visiting with you. Keep up the great work.

We have been enjoying Bucher lamb for years. Actually, we started out buying half of an Angus steer over 30 years ago then switched to lamb with the times. Our kids grew up on lamb and buy from Joe and Kathy for their families too. It is delicious and we know the animals are well taken care of.
The farm setting is beautiful with the pasture in a lower area surrounded by trees, Swan Creek and a pond. Anyone that visits has to swing on the rope up in the hay mow - the younger set accepting the challenge of swinging high enough to touch the roof!

I bought a half lamb from Bucher Farm last year. St Mary's butchery did a fine job with my order, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the painless transaction. The lamb was first-rate.
I'm a widower with lots of company for dinner; my one complaint is that the lamb was used up well before I was ready to have my freezer empty.
I've told Joe that I want a whole lamb this year.

We have bought lamb from Bucher Farms for a number of years and have always found it to be totally delicious. Joe and Kathy are very helpful regarding putting together an order as well. The farm is beautifully situated on Swan Creek - couldn't be a better place to be a pastured lamb I think!
