Tara Firma Farms was my introduction into nutrient dense, bio-intensive, truly pastured meats - and I will be forever grateful. Not only does the taste not compare to anything else, but their meat is so much easier to digest than other meat - something that many people have noticed! Their pastured pork is the most amazing pork I have ever eaten! Plus you know that they care for the land, the plants, the livestock, and the thousands of other animal and plant species thriving on their property. This is one place you have got to see - and have got to taste.
