We have the priveledge of living in Medway, and literally watching this farm grow from an idea to the produce in our veggie drawer, and there are lots of things we love. First off, their website is great, with lots of info. Brittany, the farmer, is very friendly, accessible, and has gone out of her way to answer questions. She and other volunteers show passion and commitment for their work and educating a community. This farm is very family friendly, and was literally the first place my veggie-suspicious son was willing to taste veggies. A year later he eats a wide variety of veggies, and all we have to do is tell him they are from the farm, which speaks to the power a community farm can have on individuals. The CSA shares are less expensive than other surrounding organic farms and are a bit smaller, being a realistic amount that a family of four can eat. We have loved the variety and quality of veggies we have received, and it is wonderful to know they are grown pesticide free and picked the morning we get them.
