Ron Orebaugh, the director of the Yorktown Farmer's Market, has done a great job for three years to provide healthy, fresh, locally grown, reasonably priced food for people across the county from his farm! You can't miss the aroma of his grilling his farm raised pork sausage and patties. He and his wife also run a catering business, Grand Grilling to Go. I recommend Ron's bacon, pulled pork BBQ, and other frozen pork for sale. It's nice the farmers market runs when others have quit after warm weather. During the fall, a wide variety of veggies, meat, cheese, pumpkins, gourds, root veggies, etc. is still available. And like most farmers markets they have healthy meats not found in stores: bison, lamb, fresh eggs.
