Who knew my kids would LOVE veggies so much? One loves beets, another the lima beans, another the cucumbers! SIW provides inspiration to cook and eat. Scapes on pizzza? YUM! Pickeled beets? The best! Everything tastes better from the farm. It is worth the trip once a week!

The things we love: plenty of fantastic food; extras such as herbs and flowers; discounts on delicious foods - from local fruit to cheese and spreads brought in from Philadelphia; being able to select our own produce (from HG's master list - not totally up to us)from the stand instead of receiving a box that somebody else put together.
Great value and a great group of people!

This is one of my favorite things about Summer - stopping by SIW to get my weekly CSA. Always so fresh, variety, amazing flowers...the staff is so friendly and willing to help. Well worth every penny....!

I found SIW (Stepped In What) 2 summers ago, after moving back to Chadds Ford after several years away, and I routinely stop by all season long. They are super friendly, super fresh and (for me) super local. They do their best to keep their CSA allotment is as diverse and plentiful as they can. I've never had a problem with them, but I would imagine they would do their best to make every customer satisfied.
I buy gallons of their heirloom tomato sauce and ketchup in the early fall to get me through the winter.
They are an excellent find if you are in the Wilmington/West Chester/Kennett Square area and are looking to support fresh, local produce growers!

We've given this CSA as a gift to our parents for the past couple of years~ They are hard to buy for and LOVE this gift! The food is amazing and the market is a fun place to shop with great people. Can't say enough great things about it-- makes everyone happy and healthy!
