If you want the freshest , most sustainable and organic this a place for you. Beats any farmers market produce because it doesn't have to travel,neither do you too far. She is right in the heart of Encinitas. Laurel picks it up right in front of you. Not only it's all organic, its also heirloom so the taste is superior. I tried a variety of different eggs from Farmers markest and her eggs have the most orange yolks and the best taste. The chickens are roaming everywhere and mostly eat bugs and worms. She even has a cute duck that thinks she is a chicken! Its a great find!
