My family has tried most of their dairy products and have loved pretty much all of them. The spreadable cheeses taste great on a Triscuit with some olives or sliced grape tomatoes.
Lauren and Megan are very friendly and work hard to make delicious products. They keep expanding their product line. I highly recommend checking out their products, I won't buy spreadable cheese or yogurt from anyone else.
I am a big supporter of local farms and will spend the extra time and effort to buy from a local farmer. Hastings Farm is definitely worth the effort to try.
The prices are comparable to local supermarkets, not accounting for the fact that Hastings is all but certified organic. You cannot find all-natural, grass-fed, pastured beef products in a grocery store around here for anywhere near what you'll pay at Hastings.
The ONLY downside of buying from Hastings is that the amount of beef for sale is finite and when they sell out of something like flat iron or flank steak, it is usually gone for a week to several weeks. However, the women at Hastings are friendly and helpful and are happy to call you when they get a specific cut back in stock that you are looking for.
Ever since discovering their meat, I refuse to buy beef from any other source. I just buy larger quanities at one time based on what they have available at the time of my visit to either their farm store or the farmers' markets they frequent.
I highly recommend Hastings Farm beef to all of my family and friends and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for higher-quality, natural meats to showcase at mealtime.

I love that this beef is available loose and not in pre-formed patties. We are able to make personal sized bugers for everyone in the family.
