It's amazing how many nutrient dense vegetables are grown at Willow Valley Farm in Willington, Ct. They use sustainable growing practices, no chemical sprays and have started no- till land usage for crops. The sweet corn is the best I have ever had! thanks Willow Valley Folks for keeping us supplied with great food. I have been a CSA customer for a few years and sometime volunteer. I encourage people to support their local CSA farms. It is healthy for the environment as well as the consumers of fresh vegetables.
