I have worked extensively with Tim on a variety of projects and I am always amazed at how much the guy knows about growing things.

Not only does Tim do edible yards, but he also does sprouts, mushroom workshops, and a Tilapia operation that is awesome to see.

One of the coolest projects that Tim manages is a garden program (Berry Good Farms) at the North Florida School of Special Education. Tim teaches the kids how to grow, process, and sell their own food. The whole project has really grown in the time I've known Tim. You should come and see it -- volunteers are welcome.
