We have had the opportunity to taste the amazing chicken and see this farm operation up and running with their 100% grass fed beef operation. Overall, very impressed with their knowledge base and set up, as well as attention to animal welfare and appropriate grass fed genetics. The animals are calm and comfortable and by body condition and appearance, are very well cared for. We are looking forward to try the beef next. Kudos Katie and Greg!
