I bought 2 pounds of ribeye steak last Saturday at Smithfield and got a free pack of 2 porkchops. It was really a good deal. My husband loves so much their ribeye steak. I tried their crabcakes and it tastes really good. Can't wait to try the bison next time and the big scallop. The old man said that it wont shrink.

I tried their ribeye steak .. it was really good..very lean and so tender. My friend bought their bison hotdog and he said it was really good. Next visit I wanna try their hotdog. I would really recommend their ribeye steak, it was really good

Very disappointed in the gentleman who sold me 2 lb beef roast at May 3rd Smithfield va farm market. First, package had lost it's vacuum seal and therefore had freezer burn on it. I noticed before I left and questioned and he stated "only frozen 2 weeks ago". I question his correctness as I don't think 2 week old beef would have freezer burn on it. Am cooking it now and will have for dinner but am disappointed in truthfulness of retailer at farm market.

So happy to be able to support our local farmers. How great is it to be able to buy Bison only 10 minutes outside of Williamsburg!? No more waiting for Saturdays & having to check if the farmers market will or will not have Bison; I know I can go straight to the farm and purchase it. The meat is so tender and full of flavor & Mr. Boroughs is a delight to do business with. I also pick up a dozen of the largest eggs you'll ever see when I visit the farm.
