Our weekly CSA pick up became the highlight of our summer for our whole family. The recipes and knowledge shared by Rae made it easy to use vegetables that were new to us- and my kids loved them! It was a priceless experience to see where our food comes from, and to know our farmer.

Uneducated in recognizing certain produce could be a problem for some people, but not for the clientele of Moondance Gardens. Not only did we get a good variety of produce, but in addition to quality vegetables, we were educated as well. The delivery was accompanied by a list of what was included that week, along with a newsletter including recipes. Need more suggestions for use? They were provided in a pleasant and helpful manner. The result? Our household not only ate better, but we learned in the process. A great value!!

We had a half-share CSA from Moondance this past summer and fall (2010) and could not have been more pleased. Weekly pick-ups were a highlight of the week -- what treasures do we get today? A half-share was a perfect amount for two omnivores, with enough greens and vegetables to make meat just an accent at most meals. Quality and variety were always excellent. If only the New England growing season were a little longer (and tomatoes started a little earlier)!
