These folks are not prone to boast, but I will say that they are at the cutting edge of how to grow nutrient dense foods, heal the soil, and use intelligent systems that are not resource intensive but which significantly extend the growing season in our cold northern climate. Super nice people, and have done a terrific job with classes I have brought there in the past. Truly inspirational!
