Another great year with the folks at By the Bridge CSA!
I always enjoy visiting the family farm.
Really appreciated all the fresh produce this year - especially all the cabbage, kale and peppers.
Keep up the good work!

I have been in "by the bridge" CSA for several years; I think since their first year. I always give an A+ rating! So far this year I can't rave enough about the cherry tomatoes! Corn has been great. Everything is always plentiful and good.

I can't say enough good things about the "by the bridge" CSA. The produce is varied and delicious. There is always more that enough to eat and we only have a half share. And, the flowers and herbs are a wonderful bonus. Definitely more than worth the price.

This was the first year our family participated in a CSA. We received plenty of vegetables each week. We also purchased fresh eggs, a farm raised pig and chickens. Everything was better than expected. Highly recommend joining a CSA, and "By the Bridge" makes it easy to have fresh healthy food all summer long. The Caplinger family will go out of their way to make the pick-ups easy, help with recipes, and suggest how to prepare and store the produce.

This was our second year. Even more bountiful than the
first if that is possible. The Caplingers are very warm
and generous. The vegetables are delicious
and abundant. Great variety. Flowers were a special
treat. You will not be disappointed!

This was our first year joining by the bridge's CSA. We purchased a half share which gave our family of four beautiful, fresh produce all summer long! We looked forward to our pickups every other week to see what we would be cooking that week. We definitely will be back next year and highly recommend by the bridge to anyone who enjoys fresh, local veggies, herbs, flowers and more!

If you've never joined a CSA before, then start of the top with this one. If you are a veteran, even better. You will be amazed by the variety, quality, and quantity of produce you will receive with this membership. You will have not only enough of the freshest, most delicious food to feed your family every night, but extra to put up to enjoy throughout the winter. You get a ton of food in your box, then can take additional quantities of items that are in surplus at that time. This is not to mention the pick-your-own herbs, greens, and flowers that are available every week. Add a flock share so you get a dozen eggs each week also. And Jennifer's chickens are to die for! (Uh, no pun intended) I challenge you to utilize all the produce you receive before you find yourself back at the farm for your next box
The icing on the cake is the idyllic setting you step into each week as you come to collect your produce. It's the total experience.

Just want to mention that I am thrilled that it's the end of the season for "By the Bridge"! Not because it wasn't great, but because I'm running out of energy to use all the stuff-- it was so good and so plentiful. You definitely get your money's worth at Caplinger's.

This is our first year with the CSA share, and we have been very pleased with the variety and freshness of the vegetables, fruits, herbs, and flowers. I've learned to cook healthy meals again, and meal planning is a lot easier with the large variety waiting in the vegetable drawer every day. The excess squash, tomatoes, onions, beans and peppers are stacking up in the freezer so we will enjoy the bounty for a little longer after the season ends.

My health books and magazines tell me to eat a 'colorful' array of veggies for good health and Caplingers fill my crate at each pick with beautiful, colorful produce!!!!! We have enjoyed tasty vegetables from their garden for three years.
It is always a plus to take home a bouquet of fresh flowers, too.

My husband and I love the fresh veggies and eggs. We also order a half a pig and a turkey every year. We are so thankful for Dave and Jennifer for doing this. We look forward to this every year. I also love it when the little girls help me with cutting my flowers and other things. Jennifer it has been great.

This is our 3rd season with By the Bridge. We started out with a half share for our family of 8 and increased to a full share the next season. We have been nothing but pleased with our experience. The variety and freshness of the produce cannot be beat. Jennifer is always helpful with recipe ideas and advice on how to preserve any extras to be enjoyed in the winter months. I would recommend a CSA membership with By the Bridge to anyone!

This is the first time we have ever joined a CSA and it has totally changed our eating habits. We purchased a 1/2 share and really look forward to our bi-weekly pick-ups. The veg is always so fresh and being able to PYO greens and herbs just enhances the experience. We have learned new ways to cook and preserve the veg we get and always look forward to the next box!

This has been a wonderful summer of fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs as we participated in "by the bridges" share program. We have received eggs, flowers and meat as extras. I love the recipes and have tried many this summer. I am excited each week to see what the box will contain. I enjoy chatting with Jennifer too. We will really miss the freshness of our share when winter closes in. I have frozen vegetables and made spaghetti sauce that will tase good this winter. I can't say enough good about my CSA experience.

This was my first time for buying my veggies from someone else. My husband and I have struggled for years to have a nice garden. We just don't have the time or probally the know how to have a nice garden. "By the Bridge" is the best. They really want to make sure we are happy with everything. I thank God for leading me their way. Fresh food, good food and you can be sure there are no chemicals present, and the people are great. I look forward to picking up my "stuff" every other week and just saying hello to the little girls cooking outside. I can't wait until next year when it is time for fresh veggies again. Love, love, love it. I will be going over for fresh eggs as well. I am hooked on them. Thank you so much "by the bridge"
