So far so good, I've only started with 4 seeds out of the hundred i've purchased and all 4 have sprouted. I can't wait to see them grow and mature, would anyone know if a trellis or stake method would be beneficial or can I just leave these to grow as they will? (Being wild and all) Cheers & thanks for these wonderful seeds!

Planted the rest of the Everglades seeds 2 weeks ago. 24 seeds in two egg cartons. Counted 23 sprouts this morning. Friends want seedlings so I should have plenty to share. Great products. Would it be possible to plant more in Spring or will they not survive the summer heat? Thanks again.

Just wanted to share that our Everglades bushes are producing a bumper crop. We originally planted 12 seeds in an egg carton. We now have eight thriving plants all across the back of our lanai producing scads of tiny but tasty tomatoes. We repotted three times and the bigger the pot the faster the growth. I'm wondering if we could have planted the seeds in large pots in the first place. Starting to warm up here in Florida so watering every day and generously. Great fun and good eating.

Planted 12 seeds in an egg carton. Got 9 strong seedlings and one weakling. Transplanted the 9 into three pots this morniing. All had strong root patterns. This is fun!

Awesome seeds. I believe 100% germ rate for what I have planted so far. Still have some seeds, but have moved on from FL. They sprouted from the fruits I planted even. Not sure if my new climate is good for the plant, but we shall see come spring. also great tasting fruits! And plentiful. Best success I have ever had growing anything!! Thanks southern J ranch!

I got some seeds last fall, and my dog destroyed all but one seedling. I kept that seedling alive all winter, and put it into a pot a couple months ago. How it as grown! just now tasted some fruit right off the vine. Sweet, but also tomato-y, which is just what I like. I am hoping I can sort of naturalize this plant where it is in the corner of the yard, growing against the fence. It's only May, so we will see how it does with north Florida heat, but I have high hopes as other people in my area have done well with this variety.

none of the 35 seeds germinated...what's wrong? I placed some of them under light to keep them warm, some in homemade green house outside...it's been 28 days still nothing. Should I wait longer?

Hello. All of our seeds are tested for at least a 90% germination rate. The batch that you purchased was at 95% rate. Not sure why you are putting a light on them. Just put your containers outdoors and let the sun do it all. Water before sunset each day, and you should be good to go. Southern J Ranch

Planted all 100 seeds and got 3 plats. Has been about three months and plants are only about three inches high and very spindly. Not sure what happened. I just ordered another 100 seeds to try again. Any suggestions? We live in Miami which should be perfect for this plant!

Hello. Sorry you are having trouble with the seeds. They can be stubborn this time of year. Just the right temp and moisture is key. We are going to cancel this order, and send you a 100 seed packet, free and on us. Be well, Ed @ Southern J Ranch

Somehow I ended up with 4 of these in my garden this year. I got my seeds from a guy out of Florida selling them on Ebay. This plant grows exactly as described....weedy, feral....it just doesn't give a &#@%. It reaches into the personal space of its neighbors and says, "Excuse me, pardon me, I need sun and you're in my way." It grows large, bushy and sprawling as well. The best part...the tomatoes. They are very small, but they are a real tomato-punch in the mouth. Sweet and super tomatoey when ripe. Less so when just under ripe. Some people complain about the harvesting of them, but I don't find it too terrible if you've got some snips. Just find a ripe o ripening truss, clip it and put it in a basket. If you're looking for little sweeties for minimal effort, I can't recommend these enough. I'm in Dallas and it's just now June, so they haven't been put to the heat test yet, but we are H90s/L70s now and these plants are still setting lots of fruit. These will be regulars in my garden.

Big hit with the family. They were easy to grow and no issues. I have 4 plants growing all producing these tiny little tomatoes.
