Reviews for: Mulberry Street Farmers' Market

I am glad that this is a producer's market. There are not supposed to be vendors here that go pick up wholesale produce from a farmer's market and resell it as if they were the producer. I like to be able to look the producer in the eye and ask how my food was grown. I have been told that there is an occasional pastured beef vendor at Mulberry that is not "local" and NOT the producer of the beef he is selling...So be careful - ask lots of questions!

I have attended twice now and plan on attending at least 2x a month. The produce has been exceptional and the meat very good. I love the sense of community that is typically lacking in Macon.

Veggies, Baked Goods, Beef, Pork, Dairy and more.

This market has just gotten started and is growing and taking off marvelously.

If you are in or around downtown Macon on Wednesday evenings, this is the place to be!
