I hate unnecessary plastic packaging, so I love the Three Rivers Market policy that allows customers to bring in their own glass or metal containers for bulk Items, and to use their own canvas grocery bags.

Simple, common-sense practices like these help keep plastic out of our oceans. The strangulation of our marine life by gobs of plastic trash is a issue of moral concern for me. I appreciate Three Rivers Market's efforts to reduce waste. (Especially since the people at the Kroger down the road sometimes give me a hard time when I bring in my own canvas shopping bags.)

I adore "my" co-op! I recently moved to Knoxville and live up the street from Three Rivers. I cannot say enough good things about it. The caprese roll is fantastic! The have the best hummous from Tomato Head and the Vanilla Macaroon granola is so yummy! I used to special order items that I could never find at my grocery stores in Nashville but Three Rivers has them all in stock! I love it, love it, love it.
