One of the ways to judge a business is by how they handle complaints. I have bought several different cuts of lamb from Reister Farms at the Vancouver Farmer's Market and have found their meat to be fine quality and delicious tasting each time. In May I bought a roast from them and was disappointed by the amount of fat on the roast. I spoke with a lady on the phone and told her I would be happy to send her photos of the roast but was not to happy with the meat this time. I had expected to receive a few dollars off my next purchase. She happily took my word for the problem, and told me to let her husband know the next time I was at the Market and he would take care of me. She was very pleasant and very understanding. I was unable to connect with them at the market until today, June 20th. When I explained my problem to him, the gentleman VERY generously gave me 3 large packages of lamb at no cost. Now that's the way to do business! Great people, great meat, great service! Thank you!
