We have enjoyed both ground beef and a "rare" treat for us, a delicious tenderloin, from this farmer.

The Devon beef was new to us, and I wasn't sure what to expect at first. Often tenderloins seem to lack flavor, but this one was delicious, juicy, flavorful, rich and tender.

The ground beef (more in line with our budget than the tenderloin) was extremely flavorful, more so than I am used to, even from local and organic farms. We've cooked it in burgers and in chili, and we were surprised at how much flavor the beef has. You could actually taste the flavor of the meat through the seasonings in the chili! We knew that we could make some yummy, juicy burgers with this ground beef.

I can recommend the beef from this farm without question. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
