My mother has been eating SO WELL this past week because she now has the gumption to make herself a pizza or a grilled cheese sandwich, something she hasn't been able to do for over twenty-five years!

My mother is allergic to A1 milk protein, and dairy products has been a no-no for her due to severe colitis this whey molecule causes. It's something an 88-year-old woman should never deal with. But Miller's Biodiversity Farm has made it possible for her to enjoy lasagna once more! She gives their mozzarella, mild cheddar, medium cheddar, and colby two thumbs up! (I love their gouda and farmer's cheese, myself.)

Miller's was the only online business who would accommodate shipment of cheese in a reasonable fashion. Better yet, the ice packs from PA to SoCal were still rock hard! Each piece of cheese was intact without any ammonia issues. I WILL be doing business with them in the near future, depending on how fast my mother eats up the mozzarella...

This farmer is the real deal. I've been purchasing the A2 milk and grass fed beef for the last year and a half. Everythings has been always fresh and delicious. I feel good that I feeding my family A2 100% grass fed products.
