I grew up a few miles down the road from the Fayes Farm on Happy Hollow. Recently, my mother sent me some of Happy Hollow Creamery Cheese all the way to my now hometown of Washington DC. I shared it with all my friends and they were amazed and how delicious it was. I wasn't surprised at all. That how it's done on Happy Hollow :)

The lamb cheese is very flavorful and great with crackers! The pork is some of the best I've ever had. Fred your doing a great Job!

This is a wonderful farm and the goat and sheep cheese that come from here is excellent. Great people that work the farm. I really love the Lake Effect goat cheese. The sheep cheese is great to just slice and eat with crackers. Glad they are here.
