We have been able to take part in the cow share at Green Chin Farm and have been very pleased. We were able to tour the farm and see the animals before deciding to buy any shares. We were pleased with cleanliness of the farm, the taste of the milk and the dedication of the farmers to organic and sustainable farming practices. We are thrilled they are local to us and look forward to our milk each week.

Green Chin's raw milk is utterly superb. The flavor is full and rich. The high butterfat content is indicative of a healthy, happy animal. Their eggs are the best I've had by far, and they treat their animals with a great deal of care and respect. Their farming methods are impeccable. To top it all off, they're really genuine and wonderful people. Highly recommended.

The best eggs ever. Really.

I love the raw milk I get from Morel and August. The eggs are the best, and I can't say enough about the herbed chevre. They are a lovely, kind young couple, and are doing a great job. They are working continually to improve and bring us the best food for our health and well-being. I have also bought produce from them and it was great! The kale and swiss chard were sooo good. I look forward to being able to purchase chickens that are not feed soy or GM grains; that get sunshine and fresh air, and are not sickly and fed arsenic in their food, or given who knows what to make them grow faster, and have more meat. If you are looking for local milk, eggs, produce, etc., produced with love and care, look no further.
