We raise our own pork which we buy from the Dream Catcher Ranch and It is by far the best Berkshire meat available to raise or get from Kim and Richard. Also have their lamb and as always the best ever. They pay attention to the details and it shows.

We've been buying pork shares from Kim and Richard since October 2011 and I must say we have been wonderfully satisfied with the quality, variety and taste of our pork! My husband, who wasn't much of a pork eater prior - other than ham and bacon (and who doesn't like those?) - has thought the dishes I have made with the Dream Catcher Ranch pork have been delicious!

We've recently purchased the bacon and we love it! It's very lean and so delicious! We're looking forward to getting our ham in a few weeks.
